MEMBERSHIP, BILLING & CANCELLATION
Membership
Your TANGOONME memberships will continue month-to-month, three months to three months or year to-year and automatically renew unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment (as such may be updated from time to time, “Payment Method”) to use the TANGOONME service. We will bill the monthly membership fee to your Payment Method. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month, three months or year in order to avoid billing of the next cycle fees to your Payment Method. We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our offered membership plans.
Billing
Recurring Billing. By starting your TANGOONME membership and providing or designating a Payment Method, you authorize us to charge you a monthly, three monthly or yearly membership fee at the then current rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the TANGOONME service, such as taxes or possible transaction fees, to your Payment Method. You acknowledge that the amount billed each month, three months or year may vary for reasons that may include differing amounts due to promotional offers, including promotional code redemption, and/or changing or adding a plan, and you authorize us to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our service or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine in our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms of Use, any price changes to your service will take effect following email notice to you.
Billing Cycle
The membership fee for our service will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your membership and each month or year thereafter unless and until you cancel your membership. We may automatically bill your Payment Method either each month (for month-to-month subscriptions) or each three months (for three months subscriptions) or each year (for year-to-year subscriptions) on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of your paying membership. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment. We reserve the right to change the timing of our billing, in particular, as indicated below, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled. In the event your membership began on a day not contained in a given month, we may bill your Payment Method on a day in the applicable month or such other day as we deem appropriate. For example, if you started your TANGOONME Online Classes membership or became a paying member on January 31st, your next payment date is likely to be February 28th, and your Payment Method would be billed on that date. Your renewal date may change due to changes in your Membership. We may authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of membership or service-related charges. As used in these Terms of Use, “billing” shall indicate a charge, debit or other payment clearance, as applicable, against your Payment Method. Unless otherwise stated differently, month or monthly refers to your billing cycle.
Products from the online shopping are not included in any membership can be purchased individually.
Payment Methods
We accept Payments via PayPal and PayPal Plus. For payments with PayPal, you need to have a PayPal account. With PayPal Plus, you will have to finish the chosen payment option up to settlement.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIALMONTH OR PARTIAL-YEAR MEMBERSHI PERIODS OR unused TANGOONME memberships. To cancel, contact one of the TANGOONME employees directly.
COPYRIGHT
Any and all audio and/or visual elements of the Service, including without limitation, any HTML, files, text, graphics, images, illustrations, photographs animation, video/audio or audiovisual works, designs or logos, information, and other content made available through the Services (collectively, the “Content”) are the property of TANGOONME or its content suppliers. Access to and use of the Content are governed by these Terms.
TANGOONME logo, and other graphics, logos, icons, service names, product names and designations associated with tangoonme.com and appearing in connection with the Service are trademarks, registered trademarks or trade dress of TANGOONME. The classes may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not TANGOONME related in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits TANGOONME service. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” without the express written consent of TANGOONME. All other trademarks not owned by TANGOONME that appear in connection with the Service are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by TANGOONME. Any media (“media”) that is made available to you to download, use and/ or purchase from the Service is the copyrighted work of TANGOONME and/or third parties. Your use of such media shall be governed by applicable German copyright law. The purchase of certain material on this site may grant you a limited license to view such material through the Website. Access to this content outside of tangoonme.com or in any manner inconsistent with the intent of TANGOONME to permit your viewing of the media exclusively through Tangoonme.com is strictly prohibited.

SHARING
The number of devices on which an individual may simultaneously watch is limited to one device per account. Members of TANGOONME may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or entity. TANGOONME may immediately terminate your account without refund if in its discretion your viewings or logins are excessive to a point that indicates a fraudulent use of its services. By signing up for this service you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use.
MISCELLANEOUS
In the event any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such determination will in no way affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision herein. This Agreement includes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all prior and concurrent oral agreements and all prior written agreements with respect to such subject matter have been merged herein.
